This guide explains how to operate SigFollow from an organization administrator's point of view — what each part of the admin console does and how to use it, step by step. Browse the areas below and jump to the one you are setting up.
Organizations and organization administrators
An organization is your dedicated workspace in SigFollow and the owner of all your business data. The WhatsApp accounts and phone numbers you connect, the agents and queues you create, the message templates and AI agents you configure, and every conversation and statistic they produce, all belong to a specific organization. Organizations are fully isolated from one another, and their data is never visible across organizations.
An administrator is the person who signs in to the admin console to configure and operate an organization. Every task in this guide — from connecting a WhatsApp number and building routing and queues, to managing agents, configuring AI capabilities, and reading reports — is something an administrator does in the console.
Administrators and organizations have a many-to-many relationship:
- One administrator can manage multiple organizations. After signing in, use Switch organization at the top to move between the organizations you have access to and manage each one separately. You always work within the organization currently selected.
- One organization can have multiple administrators. Several administrators can manage the same organization together, all working on the same data and configuration.
