AI resources
From the AI Resource Packs page, view your AI resource pack usage, check your token balance, and browse the usage ledger.
AI resource packs supply the tokens that power every AI feature in the system. When the packs run out, all AI capabilities stop working, so maintaining a healthy balance is an important operational metric. On the AI Resource Packs page you can see how much balance you have left, which packs make up that balance, and a line-by-line record of every deduction. If balance is running low, contact your administrator to top up as soon as possible.
Checking your balance
The balance shown here is the combined total of all currently active AI resource packs. When balance is running low, the system will alert you at three levels:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Normal | Healthy balance; the sub-line shows the number of active packs |
| Running low | Balance has dropped below the warning threshold; ask your platform admin to top up before it runs out |
| AI stopped | Balance has fallen below the minimum reserve; AI replies are paused until a new pack is granted |
Resource pack list
The resource pack table shows all packs. Each row contains:

| Status | The pack's current state (see the table below) |
| Remaining / Total | How much is left out of the pack's original size |
| Expires | When the pack expires |
| Granted At | When the pack was issued |
| Note | Remarks (may be empty) |
The status of a pack is one of four values:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | In use; its remaining tokens count toward your balance |
| Depleted | Fully consumed; nothing left to deduct |
| Expired | Past its expiry date; no longer usable |
| Revoked | Withdrawn by the platform administrator; any remaining tokens no longer count |
Token usage details
The Usage Ledger records every deduction. Each row shows:

| Amount | How many tokens this entry deducted |
| Prompt / Completion | The underlying token split for the AI request and its reply |
| Model | The AI model used for this reply |
| Session / Reason | The conversation it belongs to, and why the deduction occurred |
| Pack | Which resource pack the tokens came from |
